Find Clip by ID
Includes its render status and media URLs. Use this to follow up on Create Meeting Clip, which returns immediately with status: pending and no media. Poll until status reaches a terminal ready or error, and stop on either — pending and processing mean the clip is still rendering. Once ready, the playable media is at sources[].src, with preview and thumbnail also populated; all three are null beforehand. Note that summary_status tracks the AI-generated summary separately and can finish while status is still pending, so poll status rather than summary_status . Use List Clips to look up a clip ID, and more
Find Meeting by ID
Includes the summary (overview, action items, keywords, outline), sentence-level transcript text, duration, date, and audio/video URLs. Use this when you already have a meeting ID; use Find Recent Meeting instead to get a user's latest meeting, or List Meeting ID Options to look up an ID by meeting title, and more
Find Recent Meeting
Retrieve a specific user's most recent meeting, returning the full transcript (summary, sentence-level text, duration, date, audio/video URLs) rather than just the ID. Use this as the starting point when a request…
List Clips
List meeting clips (Fireflies "bites"). The API requires at least one filter, so set at least one of Meeting ID , Mine Only , or My Team Only — Mine Only defaults to true , which lists the clips created by the…
New Meeting CreatedTrigger
Emit new event when a meeting has finished transcribing, with the full transcript (summary, sentence-level text, duration, audio/video URLs) in the event payload. Polls on a timer rather than using webhooks, so a…

Ask Question About Meeting
Ask AskFred, Fireflies' AI assistant, a natural language question about a meeting's content — for example, action items, decisions made, or a summary of a specific topic. Starts a new AskFred conversation thread; use…
Continue AskFred Conversation
Ask a follow-up question in an existing AskFred conversation thread, continuing the context of a prior question. Use Ask Question About Meeting first to start a thread and obtain its thread_id .
Create Live Meeting Soundbite

Create Meeting Clip

Revoke Meeting Access
Revoke a previously shared meeting's access for a specific email address. Access can be re-granted at any time with Share Meeting .
Set User Role
Promote a team member to admin or demote an admin to a regular user. The team must always retain at least one admin — attempting to demote the last remaining admin fails with an admin_must_exist error.
Share Meeting
Share a meeting with up to 50 people by email, optionally expiring their access after a number of days. Only the meeting owner or a team admin (on the owner's team) can share a meeting. Rate-limited to 10 requests per…
Update Meeting
Update a meeting's title, privacy level, and/or channel. Each selected field is applied through a separate, sequential mutation rather than a single atomic call — if a later update fails, earlier successful changes…
Siftree is an AI platform that sales, CX, marketing, product, and strategy teams use to find, win, and keep customers.
Siftree connects calls, tickets, reviews, social, documents, video, and the systems you already use — then builds pipelines, datasets, tools, and cited insights your team and agents can operate on. Long-horizon agents keep building after you walk away.
- Describe what you need in plain language; Siftree builds pipelines, structures the data, and routes models for language, vision, audio, transcription, classification, and enrichment.
- Operate on datasets, tools, reports, and cited insights. You define the rules — what counts, how it's scored, what gets labeled.
- Marketplace: 14,824 sources across 4,169 apps and websites as of October 2026, plus any public website. Search, choose a source, and create an analysis-ready dataset without scraper maintenance.
- Native connectors for help desks, CRMs, and call recorders, plus upload and API. Audio and video are transcribed and labeled with everything else.
- Runs on a schedule or a trigger, and alerts your team in Slack when a threshold is crossed.
- Acts in your systems: writes labels and fields back to the help desk or CRM, opens issues in Linear or Jira, and drafts replies and emails. Each agent runs automatically, drafts for review, or asks first, and every action is logged.
- Ask questions of your data from Claude or ChatGPT through Siftree MCP.
- Enterprise protections: continuous verification of every request, encryption in storage and transit, privilege and identity governance, immutable activity logs.
- Teams use the eight products in place of separate point tools for prospecting data, support analytics, social listening, community triage, ad research, AI search visibility, research repositories, and competitive intelligence.
